PRICE
We accept most of the online modes of payment available in India, we do not accept cash. For international customers, we have international cards option enabled along with cash.
Our affordable rates vary based on location and the size of the lockers. We keep our rates reasonable so that many people can avail of this service. Starting prices are approximately ₹15-20/ hour depending on the location. All charges are displayed on the terminal screen and on the web-app once you scan the QR code at the terminal.

Base rate charges are applicable for extra usage. All charges are displayed on the rate chart mounted on the locker terminals.

We do not provide overnight storage options in some locations due to restrictions of the place and security reasons. Maximum booking time is either 12 hours or 24 hours depending on the location of the locker terminal. Access to the terminal is subject to timing restrictions of the location/premises. Please note that excess usage charges as per base rates, will be applicable even if you are not able to access the terminal during the timings of the location.

Your booking will be auto extended and yes, for any additional time, you will be charged at the time of pickup. Please note that excess usage charges will be applicable even if you are not able to access the terminal during the timings of the location.
DURATION & TIMINGS

Your locker booking automatically extends until you retrieve your belongings completely. You will be charged for the additional hours used at the time of retrieval for the excess duration.

The minimum rental period depends on the location of our terminals. This can range from 30 minutes to 1 hour. Please contact our customer care at +91 72040 76777 to confirm regarding your locker terminal.

Operating Tuckit lockers depends on the location of the terminal. The timings for accessing the locker are the same as the timings of the location of the locker terminal. For instance, if the mall in which the locker is placed closes at 10 pm, the lockers will only remain accessible for fresh bookings till 10 pm. You can retrieve your belongings if stored before closing time, if you are at the movies or dining at the mall.
Yes. You can opt to modify your booking to add or pick up some of your belongings. This option is free in case you modify the booking during the first 30 minutes of your booking time, post which there are nominal charges applicable to modify your booking. The Modify booking option is disabled during the last 30 minutes of your booking time.
Please note, if you have chosen the pay later option at the time of keeping your items and want to modify your booking, you will have to pay your total amount (base+modify charges) to modify your booking. The locker will remain yours for the original booking time until you pick up all your items and excess charges will be applicable in case you exceed your booking hours.
We do not offer advance booking of lockers at the moment.
Your belongings are safe with us. You can access your belongings the next day, as soon as that location is operational again. There will be excess usage charges applicable and payable at the time of retrieval depending upon your chosen package.

Our standard terminal has four size options:
Small: Can fit a helmet, smaller sized shopping bags, or one backpack
Medium: Can fit two helmets, backpacks/laptop bags, or a cabin sized suitcase
Large: Can fit a large duffle bag or medium sized suitcase
Extra Large: Can fit a large/extra large suitcases, and oddly sized luggage
All locker sizes may not be available in all locations. Check our map to review the image of the locker terminal at your preferred location or reach out to us at customer care to confirm the sizes available

Tuckit is accessed via a webapp that can be opened on any phone browser by scanning the QR code visible on the locker terminal. It is also accessed using the touch screen embedded in the locker terminal. Or watch this video for more details.

This feature is available in Beta mode (not yet activated for customers). Once it is live, it is mandatory to switch on your mobile data and have WhatsApp installed on your phone to receive the One Time Password (OTP). You will have to use any of the online payment options (cards/netbanking/paypal) to use this service. Usage charges vary for international customers as our operational costs are higher to provide this service via international numbers.

You can Login by scanning the QR code displayed on the locker using Google lens/Google Chrome/mobile phone camera (preferred over touch screen); or use the touch screen mounted on the locker to operate. Enter your mobile number to generate an OTP to start the booking process. It is mandatory for you to give location access if you are using your mobile to use the locker.
